Do you know why Jesus came to earth? It is because of this verse. God doesn’t enjoy seeing wickedness ravage the world. Jehovah is absolutely righteous and refuses to accept sin, but He is also absolutely loving so He desired a path to seek and save that which is lost.
As the world turns to dwell upon Jesus for one day this year – I hope that you will include Him in the other 364 days, too. Jesus loves you and finds no pleasure in the loss of any soul. My prayer would be that you would turn to Him and live.
