“But King Hezekiah and Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, prayed about this and cried out to heaven.” (2 Chronicles 32:20)
When Hezekiah and Isaiah cried out to God, both prophet and ruler approached God as fellow soldiers in a common cause. There is something beautiful about shared prayer. When God’s children come together in unity to approach their King, harmony flourishes.
When was the last time you prayed together with someone? Maybe your spouse? Or a close friend? Praying together with another will double your joys and halve your sorrows. Heart burdened with a problem?
Take the risk – tell a fellow soldier and raise your prayers together.
