“Roam to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and look now and take note, if you can find a man, if there is one who does justice, who seeks truth, then I will pardon her.” (Jeremiah 5:1)
One person can’t make a difference? Don’t tell God that.
God believes in the power of one good person to change the world. He did when Jerusalem was falling – he looked for one person to stand in the gap. How sad that He couldn’t find one.
What about your town? Would He find us doing justice and seeking truth? What a blessing that one person can make a difference!
