It’s Your Only Field

“Sow with a view to righteousness, reap in accordance with kindness; break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the LORD until He comes to rain righteousness on you.” (Hosea 10:12)

We are all farmers planting in the field of our lives.  The seeds we sow should not be carelessly chosen – after all, we each only have so much field to plant in before we run out of acreage.

We also must prepare the land so that the best circumstances are provided for the seeds to grow.  Watering and fertilizing our lives with good company and worthy spiritual nutrition is a must.

Choose your seeds carefully, with view to the harvest you wish.  Break up the ground diligently with view to the quality of crop you wish to grow.
