“Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; do not destroy his resting place; for a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again, but the wicked stumble in time of calamity.” (Proverbs 24:15-16)
It’s a foolish thing to attempt to destroy the servants of the Most High. The Scripture warns the wicked and encourages the righteous – God’s people may appear defenseless, but our Father is with us.
Christians are invincible – we may break, bend, and groan, but you can’t destroy those who are guarded by the One that defeated death.
Our tombs will be empty, too.
