“Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt and honor the King of heaven, for all His works are true and His ways just, and He is able to humble those who walk in pride.”
(Daniel 4:37)
Nebuchadnezzar was a proud king, and that’s an understatement. What did God do? He worked in that man’s life to humble him. Nebuchadnezzar had everything on earth taken from him so that he could learn what life was really about.
God broke him so Nebuchadnezzar could be rebuilt a better man. Sometimes, God doesn’t that to all of us. Trials are training.
